Definition of character is the will to do what is right as defined by the word of God, regardless of the cost. For those who have put their faith and trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, that means whatever God is concerned about we should be concerned about and we should be dedicated to carrying it out. Nehemiah was a man who needed to have character in the difficult time that he lived in. Nehemiah demonstrated character in the face of extreme opposition as he displayed his loyalty and dedication to the Lord by rebuilding the walls of Jerusalem. Character makes a difference, character is valuable, character is essential. Character will give us the ability to withstand the storms of life. Character will enable us to make a difference. Nehemiah made a difference, we can too!
