Strength For Your Day
Scripture: Ephesians 3:16
Paul prayed “for this reason I bow my knees before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth is named, that according to the riches of His glory He may grant you to be strengthened with power through His spirit in your inner being.” Through the Bible we can read how God desires to strengthen His people. When the Israelites passed through the Red Sea they praised God for His strength (Exodus 15:2). The Bible says in Deuteronomy 33:25, “As your days, so shall your strength be.” In Nehemiah 8:10, “Do not sorrow for the joy of the Lord is your strength.” Isaiah gives us the great promise from God that “those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.” God is always there to give strength to His people. Praise Him for His strength today!
